If she could go to any planet that she wanted, she'd consider Jupiter. She wouldn't go though. She'd be more interested in visiting any random fantasy planet. Any human survivable option would likely do. Pre-apocalypse Caprica or Edor (if the Ewoks die-out) would be best.
